There's an old saying folks and that is that you are what you eat! As one of my contacts said to me, from field to fork.
Here we have one of our quick duck recipes, fast to knock up and beautiful to eat. Straight in from the field, it's what I call duck on the bounce!
Baby green beans
Sliced potatoes, oven baked.
What to do.
2 or 3 Grilled duck breasts depending upon how hungry you feel
Baste in a quality red wine with a slug of port - generally for a quick knock up around an hour or so before grilling.
Rasberries, cornflour, orange juice, water, red wine, sugar to taste and mix. Sieve to remove the seeds.
Place the mix in a pan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
Done in no time.
Serve with a glass of red wine.
