Here we have one game pie that is on the coldest days of winter my absolute favourite!
4 pheasant breasts cubed and chopped, 4 partridges, cubed cumberland sausage meat. Slowly cooked in a slow cooker before tipping on to a bed of pastry in a baking dish with a pastry topping. Serve with your choice of vegatables as it works either way. Here we have it with Mash and Cabbage.
