Individual Game Pie

Game Pie cooked in a seperate individual pot 

Place the meat in to a slow cooker and cook all day on low

4 Pheasant breast chopped and cubed

4 Duck breats chopped and cubed

In goes 2 whole partrige birds

Lift the partridges out gently when cooked and remove the meat before placing back in to the slow cooker

Remove the cooked game from the slow cooker and place in to a pie dish with a pastry topping. Place in to a pre heated oven until the pastry turns in to your preferred colour.

Serve with mash and savoy cabbage with mixed leeks
